Chapter Meeting Info

General membership meetings are usually held the second Monday of each month from 7-9pm.  Our meetings are held at our new office space located in Keller Williams Realty Office at 5001 Perkiomen Avenue, Exeter Township. (Rt. 422)

We do not have a meeting in July or December.

 

Please let us know if there is a topic that you would like us to have at an upcoming meeting. We would appreciate any input from our members!

Family Activities

The Autism Society of Berks proudly offers Family Activities throughout the year. Please look at the calendar of events for exact event information and dates. We realize it is hard for families affected by autism to enjoy community outings on a regular basis, so it is our hope that our members will get out together to enjoy some of what our local community has to offer.


Family Activities are sponsored (paid for) by the Autism Society of Berks, unless otherwise noted.

Our family events are limited to those families residing in Berks County.  All children MUST be accompanied by an adult to participate and  you must RSVP to each activity due to limited space availability. We will strive to accomodate every family that RSVPs. For any questions on the family events, you can contact the events coordinator by email or call us at 610-736-3739.

Berks Lanes Bowling. ASA Berks will pay for a maximum of 2 games. Rental shoes will also be provided. Gutter bumpers and ramps are available.
*Snack bar and Arcade will not be funded by ASA of Berks. You will be responsible for your own purchases.*

1/24/2009 10:00 AM Art workshop

10-12  3-D Snow-man(paint and glue craft)
12:30 -2:30 PM--charcoals (learn to use, and create a finished piece)

Join us for a private rental at Pheasantland Rollerskating Rink.

ASA Berks will pay for skates as well as one food coupons for either a hotdog or 1 slice of pizza.  Other purchases as well as archade games will be your responsibility.
